We ship with USPS all orders. any order over 5 packs of hair ships priority and should be expected within 2/3 days everything else is 2/5 days first class mail.

LOST/STOLEN packages – all packages are covered with 50$ insurance but will have to follow through with USPS TO FILE A CLAIM.

We ship out orders same or next day. Anything ordered before 3 PM

All tracking information is provided by PayPal via email either in the regular inbox or sometimes in the spam folder unless payment is made via cash app in which case we will go ahead and text the information once a label has been printed.
